I offer 12-week and 24-week 1-2-1 ADHD Business Coaching programs as well as a 12 month Group Coaching Program (providing ADHD’ers with a whole year of support at a fraction of the price of 1-2-1 coaching).

I also offer specialist coaching for recovery from Addiction and Manship (mens coaching) coaching specifically for ADHD’ers.

Pricing for these programs is available by booking a call in which I will advise the best approach for you as an individual.

Due to repeatedly delayed payments from Access To Work I am presently ONLY accepting pre-payment from clients who can then be refunded by Access to Work. It is the clients responsibility to arrange this independently with ATW.

I am 3 times certified as a life coach. Level 5 Master Coach accredited by IAPC&M (International Authority for Professional Coaching & Mentoring).

I also trained for 18 months with Dianne Zaccheo who has been training ADHD and other neurodiversity coaches for 25 years both in Boston, USA and here in the United Kingdom (since 1999). Dianne worked with well known pioneer ADHD psychiatrists Ned Halliwell (author of the bible of ADHD “Driven To Distraction” as well as Dr Russell Berkeley (whose videos on YouTube are absolutely worth watching to get a very complete understanding of the ADHD brain.

My business coaching skills come from my own 30 years of entrepreneurship and having built, grown and exited from various successful businesses in the hotel and travel industry as well as the leisure industry. I offer coaching in English (I am British and based in England) and French (I speak fluent French having lived and worked in Morocco for over a decade).

I accept bank transfers and credit and debit card payments through Stripe (secure card payments platform).

Payments of up to £1,000 through the website can also be broken into 3 payments by selecting KLARNA as your payment method.

Yes, I do coach children from the age of 16 years and above.

For smaller children I can coach parents to provide them with ADHD knowledge and strategies for parenting ADHD children.

I can assess someone for ADHD and provide an opinion as to whether it would be worthwhile seeking a psychiatric assessment. I am not a medical psychiatrist and therefore cannot provide an official diagnosis or prescriptions for medication.

Yes, I work with ADHD’ers including those who have a comorbidity including ASD, Aspergers, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, Dyscalculia, Depression, Anxiety, Panic disorder, ODD (Oppositional Defiant Disorder) amongst others. I have access to other coaches who are specialised in such disorders and can provide combined coaching alongside these specialists.

Yes, my practice holds coaching insurance as well as public liability insurance.
