My coaching for business owners, executives, professionals and creatives focuses on helping you to develop greater awareness of the differences between your brain and those of neuro-typicals around you. Develop emotional intelligence through self-awareness and enjoy better working relationships, improved decision making and by finding your specific blind spots (which we all have), eliminate repetitive and unhelpful issues around organisation, procrastination and motivation and self esteem. Our ADHD symptoms become assets rather than liabilities when we become aware of how they interact with our business / work activity.

STEP 1 - TRANSFORMATION 

I don’t believe in spending weeks of coaching teaching people all about the executive functions which they will never naturally have. What’s the point? This is what too many ADHD coaches do, wasting your your time, energy and money. I give you a replacement for their missing exec functions. Think of it as a pair of crutches to walk with. A prosthetic limb for your brain.

In just an hour and a half over a video call, I will hand you the keys to your own set of replacement executive functions. A super simple method, developed out of desperation, 17 years before I knew I had ADHD. I spent 3 years trying to work out why I couldn't make a digital calendar work for my brain to make myself reliable. How to stay on top of email inboxes.

I failed miserably but I was very persistent I eventually cracked it through several realisations. I now had a method which replicated good executive functions and I thrived because I could turn up, on time, with everything I needed and without any panic, stress or overwhelm. Organisationally, you will function like a non-ADHD’er (or better!) and it feels great. I show you how to make it work for you over several hours at the start of coaching because most people with ADHD need this first.

If you want to end disorganisation and procrastination and the terrible pain, shame and self doubt it causes us look no further and stop wasting time. It’s not complicated but needs to be taught carefully and then supported long enough to guarantee it stays for life. So simple, very powerful, beyond your dreams and far beyond mine.

The way I coach ADHD entrepreneurs, professionals creatives (and university students) takes the form of 90 minute sessions in which we dive into a specific issue which is preventing you from achieving your goals.If you have recently been diagnosed then we will dive into your experience initially to help you smooth out what can be a complicated set of feelings around the diagnosis.  I know it was a mixed bag for me! My way of working is to quickly identify the problem, the cause and then to implement an appropriate line of action to not only understand the problem but to solve it with you. You will be surprised at what we can achieve in an hour and a half!
