STEP 1 - ORGANISED AS F**K - The best trick you will ever learn.
I donāt believe in spending weeks of coaching teaching people all about the executive functions which they will never naturally have. Whatās the point? This is what too many ADHD coaches do, wasting your your time, energy and money. I give you a replacement for their missing exec functions. Think of it as a pair of crutches to walk with. A prosthetic limb for your brain.

Organisationally, I function like a non-ADHDāer and it feels great. I teach my clients over a several at the start of coaching because most people with ADHD need this first.

STEP 2 - ADHD COACHING
We identify and explore the other areas in which you are struggling. Build supportive structures or āscaffoldingā around the most destructive facets of your ADHD brain. Emotional dysregulation, relationships, communication, self awareness, social norms, boundaries and addictions, inattention and impulsivity.
Whether you are inattentive or hyperactive / impulsive or combined type ADHD and whatever you want to do with your life, business, career, ambitions and projects, you are going to need to become organised. Without this, self-esteem and confidence will always struggle to regenerate. As ADHDāers we tend to take on new things easily but then drop them a few weeks or months down the road.
